Do you supply contractors, or only municipalities?

Both. We supply municipalities and road authorities, contractors (including contractors who have just won a tender and need a supplier), mines and industrial sites and the contractors who work on them, and end users buying for their own sites.

Do you supply SS60 and cationic emulsions?

Yes. SS60 is the anionic stable-mix grade bitumen emulsion to SANS 4001-BT3, with a binder content of 60–62%, supplied in sealed 200 L drums, 1,000 L flowbins or bulk. It is used for tack coats, slurry and emulsion-treated layers and, diluted, for fog sprays and surface enrichment.

We also supply the full range of anionic and cationic bitumen emulsions, primes and related bituminous products to your specification. Not sure of the grade? Send us the specification or the BOQ line.

Can you price our BOQ or tender?

Yes. Send the bill of quantities or the tender number. We price it line by line and send data sheets and safety data sheets for your bid file on request. Tell us any other document your tender asks for, and we confirm what we can send.

What is your B-BBEE level?

Igugu Industries is a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor and 100% black-woman-owned. Compliance documents are available on request.

Are you registered on the CSD?

Yes. We are registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database. Company registration and VAT details are provided on request.

How do we register you as a supplier?

Where do you deliver, and how quickly?

Nationwide, to all nine provinces: to site, mine, plant or depot. Lead times are quick. Tell us the site and the date you need the material and we confirm delivery on the quote.

Will the product meet our specification?

We supply to SANS specifications where applicable, and to your project specification. Data sheets and safety data sheets are available on request, so you can check before you order; tell us any other document your specification asks for, and we confirm what we can send.

How is it packed?

SS60 in sealed 200 L drums, 1,000 L flowbins or bulk. Other bitumen emulsions and liquid products (primes, diluted emulsion for fog sprays, rejuvenator, dust suppressants, crusting agents and the liquid mining products) in drums, flowbins or bulk, depending on the product. Cold mix in 25 kg bags or bulk, hot mix in bulk, and TRP in 1,000 L flowbins.

Do you offer technical support?

Yes. For road and civils work: product selection and application guidance for the job and its specification. For mines and industrial sites: product selection, dosage and application guidance for the site. Who is Igugu Industries?

Igugu Industries (Pty) Ltd is a South African supplier of road and civils materials, bitumen emulsions and bituminous products, and a mining range for dust control, stabilisation and tyre protection. Do you sell to private buyers and companies, not only to municipalities?

Yes. Igugu Industries supplies end users buying for their own roads, yards and premises, as well as municipalities and road authorities, contractors and mines, with the same documents on request and the same delivery to site. Send the product, the quantity and the site, and we quote.

What does Igugu Industries supply?

Roads and civils: cold mix asphalt in 25 kg bags or bulk, hot mix asphalt (supplied, or supplied, laid and compacted), crack sealant, slurry and micro-surfacing materials, road and soil stabilisers and dust suppression.

Bitumen emulsions and bituminous products: SS60 anionic bitumen emulsion, cationic bitumen emulsions, modified emulsions, prime coat and tack coat, fog spray and asphalt rejuvenator, and bitumen binders such as 70/100 and 50/70 penetration grade bitumen.

Mining range: TRP Tyre & Rim Protection, DustSkin, Hydrogel, DustBinder Lignin, DustBinder Bitumen, SuperWetter, CRP88 and RoadBinder. Igugu Industries delivers to all nine provinces; hot mix asphalt is quoted per site.

Do you supply mines?

Yes. Igugu Industries supplies mines and industrial sites, and the contractors who work on them, with its mining range: haul road dust control that uses less water, crusting agents for tailings and ash dumps, TRP tyre and rim protection, and soil stabilisation. Technical support covers product selection, dosage and application guidance for your site, with delivery to the mine.

Which documents can you provide for a tender or vendor registration?

Igugu Industries sends its vendor-registration details, B-BBEE and CSD compliance documents, company registration and VAT details and its company profile on request, with technical data sheets and safety data sheets for the products on your quote. Tell us any other document your tender asks for, and we confirm what we can send.

Do you publish prices?

No. Igugu Industries quotes per order, because the price depends on the product, the quantity, the packaging and the delivery site. Send those by WhatsApp to 084 556 8888 or by e-mail to sales@iguguindustries.co.za, and we quote.
