TRP Tyre & Rim Protection
Igugu Industries manufactures and supplies TRP, a liquid that goes inside mining and heavy-vehicle tyres to protect the tyre liner and the rim from the inside. Tyres run about 10% cooler, rims stay sealed and protected against corrosion, and your trucks spend less time standing. Supplied in 1,000 L flowbins, delivered to mines in all nine provinces.

How it works
Keeping your tyres in top condition is essential for safety, performance and saving money in the long run. TRP is a liquid treatment dosed into each tyre according to its size. Inside the tyre it forms a protective layer over the inner liner, down to the rim: a frontline defence against the corrosion and heat that shorten the life of tyres and rims. It prevents rim corrosion, protects the liner, helps the tyre run about 10% cooler, maintains the rim seal and gives early warning of cuts and separations.
