DustBinder Bitumen Road Dust Suppression
Igugu Industries manufactures and supplies DustBinder Bitumen, a bitumen-based road dust binder for primary mining haul roads and access roads. It goes into the water cart at 50–1,000 L per 10,000 L of water, the same dosage as DustBinder Lignin, and is delivered to the mine in all nine provinces in drums, flowbins or bulk.

How it works
DustBinder Bitumen is a bitumen-based road dust binder. It is mixed into the water cart at 50–1,000 L per 10,000 L of water, depending on road and site conditions, and goes on the road with the cart. It is made for primary mining haul roads and access roads: the roads that carry a mine’s main traffic.

Both DustBinder products go into the water cart at the same dosage. DustBinder Bitumen is the bitumen-based binder for primary mining haul roads and access roads. DustBinder Lignin, a lignin sulphonate, suits primary and secondary haul roads, ramps, access roads and in-pit roads. Choosing for a main road? Buying DustBinder Bitumen
Mines buy it directly, and haul road and dust control contractors buy it for the sites they work on. Tenders and RFQs may ask for a bitumen dust suppressant, a bitumen emulsion dust palliative or long-term dust control for gravel haul roads. Send the RFQ number, the closing date, the quantity and the delivery point, and we quote against your specification.
