TRP, Tyre & Rim Protection

Tyres that run cooler. Rims that stay sealed.

Keeping your tyres in top condition is essential for safety, performance and saving money in the long run. TRP is a liquid that goes inside the tyre and protects your investment, the liner and the rim, from the inside out.

    Stops dust lifting off stockpiles, tailings, dumps and exposed soil, reduces erosion and lowers the risk of spontaneous combustion in coal and carbon-rich materials.

    A biodegradable, polymer-based binder that forms a strong crust on ground that is not driven on, effective from 1 day to 6 months.

    Roads stay wetter for longer with less water, so every water-cart load goes further.

    DustBinder Lignin Road Dust Suppression

    A lasting dust-controlled surface that reduces water usage by about 70% a month and lowers the risk of Section 54 stoppages.

    Turns unbound gravel into a water-resistant stabilised road surface, and suppresses its dust.

    Roads, platforms & runways

    RoadBinder Molecular Soil Bonding Technology (MSBT)

    Durable, load-bearing layers from the soil you already have, even marginal G9 to G5 material, with up to 50% savings compared with cement or emulsion stabilisation, depending on the material and the design.

    Applied by in-situ recycling or central plant mixing, then surfaced with gravel, slurry, chip seal or asphalt.
