Who we are

Igugu Industries (Pty) Ltd, a South African supplier of road, civils and mining materials. Head office: 1225 Keyser Avenue, Queenswood, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0186. For anything about your personal information, e-mail sales@iguguindustries.co.za.

What we receive

Only what you choose to send us: your name, your company or municipality, an e-mail address or phone number, the delivery province and site, the products and quantities you need, and any RFQ, tender or BOQ reference or file you attach.

The quote form on this website does not send anything by itself. It opens a ready-written message in your own e-mail app or in WhatsApp, and we receive it only when you send it there. While you fill it in, the form keeps a draft in your own browser, so nothing is lost if you step away. The draft never leaves your device, and “Clear the form” deletes it.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare your quote, supply and deliver your order, and send the documents you ask for. We use your details for nothing else: they go on no mailing list, and they are never sold or rented.

Who sees it

Igugu Industries, and others only as far as they are needed to supply and deliver your order. Messages you send by e-mail or WhatsApp also pass through those services, under their own privacy terms.

Hosting logs

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting service that keeps standard request logs, such as the address requested, the time, the browser type and the IP address, for security and fault-finding. The logs are not used to track visitors or build profiles, and they are kept for a limited period only.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Everything it loads, including its fonts, comes from this website itself, so no other company learns that you visited.

Your rights under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. E-mail sales@iguguindustries.co.za and we deal with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Legal notice

The product information on this website is general. What is supplied, and how it is used, is decided by the quote, the product’s data sheet and your project specification. Prices are quoted per order and are not published here.
